Tarts filled with smooth but punchy passionfruit cremeaux, pistachio puree and praline with torched meringue on top. (Vegan Option)

Chocolate, Pecan & Coffee Gateaux

Layered coffee almond sponge with chocolate mousse, pecan praline and creamy chocolate ganache. (Vegan option)

 

Pandan Creme Brulee

Rich and creamy custard infused with pandan leaf with a crispy layer of toffee on top. Ofton called ‘Asian Vanilla’, padan gives this custard a subtle yet moreish flavour.

Berry Reverse spheres

Small spheres with a punchy liquid berry centre that ‘pop’ in you mouth, complemented by a refreshing kaffir lime, lemongrass & lime granita. (Vegan)
